Hello, I’m Natalia, accompanied by my wonderful husband and three children.
I’m a theatre director and author, with a passion for creativity. Eight years ago, my children’s books, translated into various languages, led me to Clearwater.

Here, in Florida I had several events with my book presentation, so after one of them, I got a gorgeous evening stroll along the pier that captured my heart.

Enchanted by Golf Cost beauty, I returned home to Washington state. Upon arrival, I could not help but share with my husband my vivid impressions of the cozy tourist town. And since then, moving to sunny Florida has become our common dream. But unfortunately, everyday life and circumstances did not allow us to make this dream a reality for five long years. But soon we managed to buy our first house in Florida as the vacation house for our family .

The initial plan was occasional vacations, but then the COVID virus struck and Fate took an unexpected turn when the virus confined me to bed for a year. Amid a long battle, my husband miraculously brought me to Florida. We came to Florida in the midst of a renovation project . While my husband worked on repairs and replaced windows, I lay in bed for weeks. Then, miraculously, something lifted me up, and I realized my health was improving. Surprisingly, the climate played a pivotal role in my recovery. Motivated by this revelation, my family and we realized that we just don’t have the right to postpone our move to this warm and healing region. Thus, our favorite Clearwater, a town, became the backdrop for pivotal moments in our lives.

The decision to relocate wasn’t just a whim; it was a leap of faith.
And so, the joyous moment arrived when we became permanent residents of the magical state of Florida. I could not get enough of the beautiful exotic views and magnificent tropical climate. I wanted to shout to the whole world about it. I wanted to call and invite not only all my relatives and friends here, I wanted to invite the whole world here so that everyone could share this happiness with me!

That is why we decided to provide a wonderful vacation not only for our loved ones, but also for everyone who wants to spend their vacation in Florida. So we started our new business
Our determination to overcome adversity led us to invest everything we had in down payments for purchase of 4 houses. Also my husband’s skilled hands facilitated renovation in them, forming the foundation of our vacation home business.

I’ve spent years weaving tales on stage and in books, but my love for creativity extends beyond words; I enjoy designing and personally crafting elements for our homes. Visitors often inquire about our interior designers, not realizing that each home reflects my personal ideas and hands-on design contributions. From sleep-tested mattresses to handmade decor, every detail reflects our dedication. We not only enhanced each home, but also the backyard of each home, laying new paving stones and planting palm trees in each yard to create a tropical Oasis for you. We have installed heaters for each of our two pools so that even in winter you can swim in warm water. We’ve poured love into every detail. From modern furniture to creative ideas, we spared no expense on quality.

Living adjacent to our homes, we prioritize cleanliness and comfort, swiftly addressing any issues. Now each house is a canvas where my passion for design and love for creating a cozy atmosphere come to life.

We offer you 4 vacation homes, two featuring pools and two with jacuzzis. Committed to our work, we’re thrilled to share the therapeutic benefits of Florida’s sea breeze.
