Come visit us and enjoy the powdery white sand and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Discover your perfect escape at our serene ‘LOTUS,’ nestled just minutes away from the premier shoreline in the nation. Expansive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven ideal for families or groups.
Bed sizes includes 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin and 1 sleeper chair and sofa. Outside patio furniture and grill included.
Step into your temporary sanctuary, where sophisticated décor and lush greenery welcome you. Retreat from the balmy climate into the commodious lounge, featuring sumptuous seating and a high-definition television – a sanctuary for relaxation. The kitchen, adorned with sleek stainless steel fixtures and a generous island, awaits to facilitate your culinary flair.
In the intimate backyard, a deluxe jetted hot tub beckons (available by request for an additional charge).
Please note that the use of the jacuzzi is not included in the price of the house. Based on our experience, many guests prefer to save money by renting our house without the jacuzzi option. This is why we itemize the cost of renting the house, allowing you to choose the amenities that suit your preferences. We’ve separated the hot tub cost from the lodging to offer affordability for those who wish to opt-out, ensuring a tailored experience for our guests.
We can provide the jacuzzi for a minimum of 3 days. It’s optional, and we leave the choice to you.
We adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. If you inform us of your decision in advance, we’ll have enough time to schedule this service appointment.
Also we can offer you our car. Our spacious van accommodates up to 7 people with comfortable leather seats and a DVD player.
To complete the rental agreement the person driving the car and assuming responsibility during the rental period must furnish both the license and insurance. If there are two drivers, both individuals must provide these documents.
Check-in Details:
Check-in begins at 4 PM.
Our rigorous cleaning schedule runs from 11 AM to 4 PM, making early check-in subject to availability and prior approval.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a secure four-digit entry code.
Before booking, please ensure you’re acquainted with all house rules for a seamless stay.
You have to be 25 years old to rent.
No smoking, no vaping, no pets, no party.
3 nights minimum rental
Before check-in, we require a security damage deposit.
This Deposit will be returned to you, after your stay, once we check the house and find that it is clean and that there are no DAMAGES.
Check-out Instructions:
Check-out is by 11 AM.
Late departures will incur a charge to accommodate the stringent cleaning schedule that ensures readiness for incoming guests.
The property is strictly for leisure use, and we maintain a policy against any disruptive or illicit activities.
Local Attractions:
Tampa’s family-friendly offerings include the Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and the Glazer Children’s Museum. Thrill-seekers and animal lovers alike will be drawn to Busch Gardens Tampa, famed for its diverse entertainment, safari adventures, and exhilarating rides.
For travel, Tampa International Airport is the nearest major hub.

We had a marvelous time at the Dreamlight Residence! The house was just as described: spacious, beautifully designed, and conveniently close to the beach. It was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was a dream for preparing meals. The private backyard was the perfect spot to unwind after our beach excursions, and the optional hot tub was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Easy check-in with a digital code was a plus. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotus house. It is very cozy and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already there. The house is located in a quiet location. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurants, parks, an aquarium and a white beach. Many thanks to the owner of the house Natalya. She is a very nice lady. Always ready to help with any questions and give the best advice!

A wonderful vacation home: clean, cozy, and full of love! Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail, with very cute decorations. The house has everything you need for a carefree stay — beach towels, chairs, blankets, toys, and even after-sun lotion. It was such a pleasure to feel the care and attention to detail! The beaches with their white sand and turquoise water are an absolute delight! A huge thank you to the hosts for their quick responses, flexibility, and warm welcome — we truly felt at home.
