Welcome to the Dolphin House, a fresh and modern retreat in the Indian Rocks Beach area, now featuring a comprehensive update for an even more luxurious stay. The house greets you with its contemporary charm, showcasing 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 pristine baths, alongside a vast, heated swimming pool that promises endless fun. Lounge in style with a massive Smart TV and enjoy the spaciousness of the oversized dream backyard.
The Dolphin House (8 minutes drive from the Indian Shores Beach and 6 minutes from the Redington Beach in Florida, 11 minutes from Madeira Beach)
Bed sizes includes 1 king, 1 queen, 3 twin and 2 sleeper couches. Washer, dryer, dish washer, coffee makers, huge TV. Outside patio furniture and grill included.

The grand double doors open to reveal a world of thoughtfully chosen decor, luxurious vinyl flooring, and chic modern lighting—all crafted for your utmost comfort.
The house offers abundant living space, including two sofa beds . The kitchen is a culinary artist’s dream, featuring top-tier granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area, with its sleek sliding glass doors, provides a scenic view of the covered patio, pool, and expansive backyard.
Relax in the primary suite, complete with a walk-in closet and convenient bathroom access to the outdoors. The additional bedrooms, including a delightful kids’ room, are equally inviting with new plush carpeting.
Before check-in, we require a security damage deposit.
This Deposit will be returned to you, after your stay, once we check the house and find that it is clean and that there are no DAMAGES.
You have to be 25 years old to rent.
No smoking, no vaping, no pets, no party.

- Swimming pool heating. When making your booking you will have the option to add this option.
The average temperature we set for our guests’ comfort ranges from 82 to 84°F. The heater is automatically adjusted and turns off at night for rest. As dawn breaks, it resumes operation, warming the water back to the desired temperature.
Here are some important details regarding the pool heater: to warm our pool, we utilize one of the best and newest models of heating pumps. The heating pump efficiently converts even the slightest heat from the air into warming the pool water. The pool is great for heating in any winter month; however, there are exceptions. On a few days each year, air temperatures might drop below 55°F, and during these occasions, pool heating may be less effective. We recommend monitoring the weather, and in the rare event of air temperatures below 55°F, while the heat pump will operate at its maximum capacity, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full water heating during such periods.
2. Rental car. Our spacious van accommodates up to 7 people with comfortable leather seats and a DVD player.
To complete the rental agreement the person driving the car and assuming responsibility during the rental period must furnish both the license and insurance. If there are two drivers, both individuals must provide these documents.

Dolphin House exceeded all our expectations! It’s spacious, with a kitchen that’s a chef’s dream, and the oversized pool is amazing. The bedrooms, especially the primary suite, offer luxurious comfort. I particularly appreciated the bathroom’s outdoor access – so convenient! The neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is just a short drive away. Also, the dolphin counting game was a hit with the family. A perfect stay!

Just returned from a week at Dolphin House and I’m already planning my next trip back! The heated pool was perfect for early morning swims, and the smart TV was ideal for movie nights. The home is beautifully decorated, and the vinyl flooring gives it an elegant touch. Plus, the car rental option made exploring Indian Rocks Beach a breeze. This place deserves more than five stars!

Dolphin House is an absolute gem! The modern furniture and tropical landscaping had us feeling like we were in a luxury resort, and the backyard pool was our private oasis. Our family vacation at Dolphin House was a dream come true! From the heated pool where the kids played for hours to the chic and comfortable bedrooms, every detail was perfect. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, and the proximity to Indian Rocks Beach meant we were never far from a sandy adventure. We stayed in the Dolphin house in November 2023. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design, cleanliness, availability of all the small necessities- everything was amazing. We loved the outdoor space and the pool. It felt very private and secluded. The hosts went above and beyond with every request. When we asked to turn the pool heater on, they did it the same day. I only wish we asked for that to be done prior to us coming so the pool had time to warm up. Nataly was also like our private guide, giving us suggestions for restaurants and places to visit, all of which were great recommendations. Overall, amazing stay in a beautiful house with kind and responsive hosts. Will definitely book with them again on our next trip.
