Immerse yourself in the charm of Italy with our beautifully updated Italian House, a peaceful retreat nestled in the serene Redington and Indian Rocks Beach area. This home is a true work of art, featuring four bedrooms and two baths, and is surrounded by an enchanting pool oasis complete with a Smart TV and a cozy backyard ideal for alfresco dining in the covered outdoor area.

House Details:
- Check-in at 4 PM to start your escape.
- Check-out is at 11 AM, with a professional cleaning service lined up to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all guests.
Additional Amenities:
- For an extra layer of convenience, we offer rental cars and pool heating services. Our spacious Chrysler van, perfect for seven passengers, comes with leather seating and a DVD player for entertainment.
To complete the rental agreement the person driving the car and assuming responsibility during the rental period must furnish both the license and insurance. If there are two drivers, both individuals must provide these documents. - Our state-of-the-art heating pump efficiently warms the pool, ensuring a delightful swim even on cooler days. (Recommended usage from October to April.)When making your booking you will have the option to add this option.The average temperature we set for our guests’ comfort ranges from 82 to 84°F. The heater is automatically adjusted and turns off at night for rest. As dawn breaks, it resumes operation, warming the water back to the desired temperature.
Here are some important details regarding the pool heater: to warm our pool, we utilize one of the best and newest models of heating pumps. The heating pump efficiently converts even the slightest heat from the air into warming the pool water. The pool is great for heating in any winter month; however, there are exceptions. On a few days each year, air temperatures might drop below 55°F, and during these occasions, pool heating may be less effective. We recommend monitoring the weather, and in the rare event of air temperatures below 55°F, while the heat pump will operate at its maximum capacity, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full water heating during such periods.
Safety Notice:
- Please be advised that the pool area does not have a fence or an alarm, so continuous supervision of children is required.
House Policies:
- We maintain a strict no-pet policy due to allergies.
- We trust that our guests will treat the home with the respect and care it deserves.
Before check-in, we require a security damage deposit.
This Deposit will be returned to you, after your stay, once we check the house and find that it is clean and that there are no DAMAGES.
You have to be 25 years old to rent.
No smoking, no vaping, no pets, no party.
