- The house can comfortably welcome up to 11-12 guests. The price listed for the house includes accommodation for 7 guests. Any guests exceeding this number must be paid for separately as additional guests. For each extra guest beyond 7 people, there will be an additional charge of $33 per day per person.Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome kit to kickstart your stay, and for your peace of mind, secure key code access is provided.

We understand that some guests may prefer not to use the jacuzzi, which is why it’s offered as an optional extra, allowing you to customize your vacation experience to your preferences and budget.
Please note that the use of the jacuzzi is not included in the price of the house. Based on our experience, many guests prefer to save money by renting our house without the jacuzzi option. This is why we itemize the cost of renting the house, allowing you to choose the amenities that suit your preferences. We can provide the jacuzzi for a minimum of 3 days. It’s optional, and we leave the choice to you.
We adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. If you inform us of your decision in advance, we’ll have enough time to schedule this service appointment.
Our spacious van accommodates up to 7 people with comfortable leather seats and a DVD player.
To complete the rental agreement the person driving the car and assuming responsibility during the rental period must furnish both the license and insurance. If there are two drivers, both individuals must provide these documents.
Please note:
- Strict check-in/check-out times are observed.
- Nearby conveniences include a Publix grocery store and Indian Shores Beach.
- Regular trash services are scheduled.
- In-house washer and dryer for guest use.Before check-in, we require a security damage deposit .
This Deposit will be returned to you, after your stay, once we check the house and find that it is clean and that there are no DAMAGES. You have to be 25 years old to rent.
No smoking, no vaping, no pets, no party.
